Mr. Nieder began his career in leasing with Textron Financial Corporation and has more than 22 years of business development experience in the industry. This experience is concentrated in the development of both vendor programs and lease origination directly with the end user, with a focus consisting of asset based financing/leasing and technology and computer software financing/leasing.

• Combined Capital, LLC - Managing Director
• Microshare Technology Finance - Managing Director
• Comark Capital - Vice President
• Hartford Capital - Director of Leasing and Rental Division

Ms. Glienna has over 20 years experience in financial management. At TMN she is responsible for transaction documentation and all backroom administration and support. Ms. Glienna's strong management skills will insure that all documentation packages are prepared in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

• Microshare Technology Finance - Director of Documentation Services
• Chicago Board of Education - School Teacher

Mr. Spuria began his career with IBM and has over 15 years experience in customized hardware and software solutions with the retail and financial services sectors. Exceeding client expectations in a fiscally responsible manner are his keys to success. His responsibility at TMN Financial Services is to oversee all Vendor Programs and staffing requirements.

A licensed and practicing certified public accountant for over 30 years, Mr. Penbroke's accounting background provides him an invaluable perspective when performing for the company. He attended the University of Illinois, graduating in 1975 with a B.S. with Honors and Distinction in Accounting. Mr. Penbroke is also a 1979 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. He is also licensed in Illinois as a lawyer.
